This three layer composites for DX Boundary-lubricating bush and bearing include cold-rolled steel, sintered porous bronze powder layer, with improved polyoxymethylene (POM) surface. Regular pits for oil are made on surface, which owns unique properties of both mechanical strength and rigidity and excellent antifriction on boundary lubrication conditions.

2. Spherical bronze thickness: 0.25-0.30mm
3. Steel back thickness: 0.7-2.2mm
4. Plating Cu and Sn thickness: 0.003-0.008mm
